These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, Bumbii English, operated by Bumbii Technology Co., Ltd ("Bumbii Technology", "Bumbii Tech", "Bumbii", "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Bumbii English app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.
1. Use of the AppThe Bumbii English app is designed for educational purposes to help users learn and improve their English language skills. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent to use the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the app in any way that may harm or interfere with its functionality or infringe upon the rights of others.
2. User AccountsTo access certain features of the app, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Bumbii reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Subscription and FeesSome features of Bumbii English may be available through subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the services you choose. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated, and failure to pay these fees may result in termination or suspension of your access to subscription-based features.
4. Content and Intellectual PropertyAll content, including but not limited to text, audio, images, and exercises, provided through Bumbii English is the intellectual property of Bumbii and/or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the app without prior written consent from Bumbii.
5. User-Generated ContentThe app allows users to submit or upload content such as stories, audio recordings, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving the app. You agree that your content will not violate any laws, infringe upon the rights of third parties, or contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.
6. PrivacyYour privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information while using the app.
7. Modifications to the App and TermsBumbii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We do not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, interruptions, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content. Bumbii disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumbii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
